Brett Baker is an artist & web designer based in New York City. His professional experience includes web design, XHTML, CSS, Javascript implementation, and PHP/MySQL. He specializes W3C standards based web development and open source content management systems including Drupal and Wordpress. Brett is currently employed as the Web Developer for The Children's Aid Society of New York.

News Brett was a panelist for the NYFA workshop "Communicate Better through the Web: A Guide for Visual Artists" at The Cue Art Foundation, New York on May 29, 2008, 6-9 PM. Matthew Deleget, Barry Hoggard, and Paddy Johnson were also panelists.

An exhibition of Brett's large paintings is currently on view at Simon Gallery, Morristown, NJ from May 28 - June 28, 2008. The opening reception will be held Friday, May 3o, 6-8 PM.
